- We have a technique for a scheme in which a moving image product is divided to two files, each of which can not be reproduced singly, along the time axis; one of the divided files is distributed to a user's terminal and the other file is encrypted with CM elements; the other moving image files encrypted as described is distributed with the CM elements in response to the user's request for reproducing the video product; and the two divided files are reunited based on the CM element. This technique is patented (as Cmix patent. This patent is owned by Cmix Holdings Co, Ltd.), and we propose potential users to create new moving image distribution businesses (Cmix moving image product distribution model).
- With the "Cmix moving image product distribution model" a contents holder allows the holder's moving image products to be freely copied, and a user can view the moving image products when exposed to the CM elements. In other words, the more frequently users copy moving image products distributed through the Cmix system, the more business chances for the contents holders are created.
- We acquired a Japanese business model patent for a copyright management system in 2006, and have filed the patent application in eleven countries in the world
(U.S.A., Canada, South Korea, China, India, U.K., France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and Australia)
- We have filed examination of the patent through Patent Prosecution Highway(PPH) in U.S.A.
