CMix Japan co,Ltd, is a company challenging creation of new business chances in the field of information network industry generating the most dynamic industrial and social waves in these several decades.

Our company was founded in December, 2006 with the hope to link free distribution of moving image contents such a sharing of files on an information network to business chances (increase of income) for contents holders.

Main models of moving image distribution services currently available are represented by the music product sharing service which appeared on the stage of Internet business a few year ago, and in this service users can share moving image contents free of charge. The service for sharing music products was severely criticized because of various problems such as infringement of copyright, and was finally closed. On the other hand, services for sharing moving image products are still expanding and giving various influences to the society, but also in this case, there are many unsolved problems as those experienced in the service for sharing music products.

This trend clearly shows that the moving image market on the Internet has the vast potentials, but there is still not any excellent business model which can satisfy needs of and requirements from all players involving in the moving image products distribution service.

Cmix Holdings Corporation, which is a parent company of CMix Japan co,Ltd, acquired a patent enabling realization of the system for dynamic services for distribution of moving image products, and is now developing the Cmix business effectively utilizing the "Cmix patent".

"Cmix" is a model of moving image products distribution service which can change all types of moving image contents to effective media for advertisement.

We will construct the "ALL-WIN model" capable of satisfying not only copyright holders and distributors, but also sponsors and even audiences.
